Welcome to my Portfolio Showcase. I am Angelia Buckingham, an educator in the state of Michigan. My Michigan Test for Teacher Certification (MTTC) gives me credentials to teach all subjects in pre-K through 3rd grade (PK-3) (ZO). As of March 3, 2025 I teach 3rd grade. Prior to this, I taught kindergarten and tutored 2nd grade students in Math and English Language Arts (ELA) which encompassed grammar and writing skills for young learners. I began my career as an alternative certification teacher in 2019. My students were ages 4-6years and my classroom was a self-contained kindergarten class. During the COVID-19 pandemic of 2019-2022, I moved into the digital classroom teaching 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade Math and Science classes online.
